Baldwin Peak's development team was founded by Marty Baum and Nick Leb with the intent of providing sustainable communities for future generations, saving natural resources and improving upon existing environments. Heavily wooded home sites with protective covenants are a priority to the team’s developments. While conducting a protective environmental search, they discovered Chatham County and Baldwin Peak. Here they found land that remained untouched by industry and growth yet possessed family history and historical significance to the surrounding areas. Their utmost priority became protecting this precious land that had been passed from generation to generation. Baldwin Peak, named after the highest point in Baldwin Township, will provide true estate home sites for those who desire privacy, security and a natural environment. The team has established homeowner covenants to protect the land, trees and surrounding waterways for future generations to come. Baldwin Peak will remain treasured family land passed with care from one generation to another.
